For the family : anyone 18 years and older has the right to manipulate and proceed with the launch of fireworks. Security conditions are detailed on the security label.

All fireworks have been tested by the government before being put on the market and monitored once on the market, to ensure the safety of all users. They are all safe.

The Ministry of Energy, Mines and Resources of Canada is responsible for the regulation, in addition to requiring permits mandatory for those wishing to become a artificers. They offer training, supervised by firefighters in municipalities. The Sûreté du Québec also requires us to obtain the necessary permits that are issued by them, subject to compliance of certain conditions. The municipalities also require that the Fire Chiefs allow fireworks within its territory and that the fire truck is on the scene the night of the launch.
